Faculty & Staff Laptop Loaner Policy
Laptop Loaner Program
The Laptop Loaner Program is a partnership between Information
Technology and the Irwin Library. This program makes laptops and
netbooks available for faculty or staff use.
Guidelines
Usage of the loaner computer is restricted to university
business. Some examples include conference presentations, extended
research projects, work-related travel, etc. The checkout period
for a laptop or netbook is two weeks. If you think
you will need a laptop or netbook for longer than two weeks please
contact Brad Matthies (9549 or bmatthie@butler.edu).
Reservations
Laptops and netbooks circulate on a first-come first-served
basis. Therefore, faculty and staff are encouraged to reserve the
equipment in advance. To reserve a laptop or netbook please contact
Marcy Wilhelm-South (6492 or mwilhelm@butler.edu). When
