Scheduling Library Instruction
Scheduling Rooms
Librarians can schedule IL 119 for lectures via the IL 119
Calendar in Outlook. Room 7 and the Great Books Room are requested
via My.Butler, under Calendar
& Event Scheduling (be sure to use I.E. when submitting an
online request). Alternately, librarians wishing to schedule Room 7
or the Great Books Room can also contact Heather Stephens. IL 306
is requested through Brad Matthies.
