Irwin Library Government Depository Library
On May 14, 1965 Congressman Andrew Jacobs Jr. designated the Irwin
Library at Butler University in Indianapolis as a Selective
Government Depository Library. Irwin currently selects 22% and
utilizes the SuDoc classification system as well as Library of
Congress classification. Many Government Printing Office (GPO)
documents have been cataloged and are accessible through the
regular library catalog. Other uncataloged items are available to
the public in SuDocs order in the Annex quadrant of the Irwin
Library's basement.

search engine to perform searches that will retrieve items only
from official U.S. federal, state, and local government web sites.
In the last search box, type .gov or .mil to restrict your search
to those domain names.
