Registration Holds

Please be aware that holds may be placed on your account to serve as a reminder to you to complete important procedures or provide important information to the university. These holds will prevent you from registering for next semester’s classes until you complete whatever task is outstanding. The information below should help you understand why a hold was placed and how you can go about having it removed from your account so that you are able to register for your courses during your registration appointment.

In addition to holds, there are also positive service indicators , which may be placed on your account. These service indicators are simply a way for the university to flag your record for administrative purposes. They do not prevent you from registering for courses and do not require any action on your part.
