
Tracy Barnes
Tracy Barnes brings significant business leadership and
information technology experience to his role as ENTAP's president
and chief executive officer. Tracy has a proven track record in
designing and delivering effective information technology solutions
to organizations in various industries across the globe. As the
company's founder and visionary, he is responsible for setting the
strategic direction and long-term growth plans for ENTAP. In this
capacity, Tracy leverages his significant expertise in information
technology innovations and results-driven consulting services to
promote the success of ENTAP's clients.
His career began as a Database Administrator &
Programmer/Analyst at Butler University, before moving into
consulting for Accenture (formerly Anderson Consulting).
After Accenture, progressed to the position of Principal Consultant
for CIBER, Inc. At CIBER, Tracy worked with clients in the U.S. and
the United Kingdom providing technical project management, business
process and systems analysis, and technology strategy and planning
support to numerous higher education institutions, government
entities and commercial vendors to complete successful
technology-based projects - on-time and on-budget.
He received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from
Butler University with a minor in Mathematics. A highly
devoted member of the community with a commitment to technology and
education, Tracy sits on several distinguished leadership boards
including the Department of Computer Science Advisory Board at
Butler University, the Information Technology Advisory Board at
Harrison College and serves as the President of the Board for the
Stonegate Early College High School for Science &
Technology.
Tracy currently resides in Zionsville, IN with his wife,
Heather, and their four children, David, Alexandra, Lacy and Julian
where they attend Trader's Point Christian Church.
