The Butler
Collegian - an independent, student-run news enterprise
that publishes a weekly newspaper and operates The Butler Collegian
Online, a web-based news, information and entertainment
source that produces Collegian TV, live sports blogs of
Butler Basketball games, extensive photo galleries, and an active
social media presence.
Butler Beat -
student-produced weekly TV news and entertainment
programs that include both anchored newscasts and talk show
formats.
Bulldog Blitz
- student-produced weekly TV sports shows that include
both anchored sports casts and talk show formats.
Deep Blue Productions - student-run media production
enterprise that creates and produces video content for campus
clients to use in their marketing, recruiting and entertainment
efforts. Deep Blue also creates original narrative productions,
including feature-length movies and episodic series.
IndyBlue Records/Publishing - Recording Industry Studies
students record and produce a variety of artists, including student
acts and performers outside campus. Selections from these
recordings are released on the student-run record label, IndyBlue.
Recording Industry students manage the entire process, from
content to duplication to distribution. Students also produce
a charity concert each year showcasing several regional bands as
well as student performers.
