About the Help Desk
The Help Desk is responsible for processing requests for computer related assistance. The Help Desk, which is located in the Holcomb Building 317, offers a single point of contact for the computing needs of faculty, staff and students. We strive to offer timely and efficient service to the University community by acting as the initial point of contact for generating immediate, rush and standard work orders for each request. Other duties include staying up-to-date with supported technologies, distributing documentation on various services offered by Information Resources and improving the services offered by the Help Desk. Hours of Operation:
Fall 2008/Spring 2009 Semester Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30am to 10:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 12:00pm to 4:00pm*
- Sunday: 12:00pm to 10:00pm*
Summer Semester 2008 Hours (effective May 7):
- Monday - Friday: 7:30AM - 6:00PM
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed
