ePortfolio at Butler University
An ePortfolio is
an online repository of evidence managed by the owner to showcase their
learning and provide avenues for assessment and reflection. Beginning fall 2009, all first year students will be implementing ePortfolio in a variety of classes across their curriculum. The portfolio serves as a student development tool and as a showcase of the student's best work while at Butler. A "living document" the ePortfolio helps the student draw common threads together to reflect the sum of his or her Butler experience.
After months of research and meetings in the spring and summer of 2008, Butler University's ePortfolio selection committee recommended Chalk & Wire as Butler's ePortfolio platform.
