Emerging Leaders Program

Geared toward students who have little to no leadership experiences at the college level, the Emerging Leaders (EL) Program focuses on establishing the foundation for successful student leadership at Butler.  Structured as a six-week program, the participants take part in weekly programs that address aspects of leadership and personal development.  An integral aspect of the EL Program is pairing the participants with a current student leader who will act as a guide and mentor throughout the program. This one-on-one interaction provides a connection to the campus and personal insight into effective leadership at Butler.  The culmination of the program (week 6) will include recognition of the commitment by the participants and will include a certificate of completion.

Spring 2012 SCHEDULE: THURSDAYS, 4:30-6PM, FEB 23 - APRIL 5 (not 3/15 - spring break) - FALLSCHEDULE WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN JULY.
