Using the Relational Leadership Model as a program principle and
utilizing the phrase "Know It, Be It, Do It" as
our directive, we strive to answer the question,
"What does it mean to be a successful student
leader at Butler University."
Bulldog Leadership
provides leadership development opportunities that
help students gain insight into the skills and
knowledge needed to becomes leaders within their community.
Through applicable learning experiences, students will gain a
better understanding of themselves, will make meaning of their
experiences and will feel empowered to make a difference
in their community.
Bulldog Leadership is comprised of three leadership tracts
that address the various needs and interests of Butler
Students. These tracts are 1) Emerging Leaders
program, 2) Organization Leadership
tract, and 3) Everyday Leadership
tract. We encourage Butler students to take
advantage of these leadership opportunities, become involved
on campus and continue the development of their leadership
plan. Additional Resources, including a
