Butler wants to invest in ideas-ideas that will help put our
University on the map; ideas that will help us reach new levels of
excellence, especially in the areas of teaching and learning. We
want to foster creativity and facilitate collaboration. We want to
encourage innovation and the use of new technologies. We want to
enhance our existing programs and help support our mission.
We invite faculty, staff, and students to submit their ideas.
Why? Because we think great ideas can come from any member of our
community. Since launching the Innovation Fund in 2012, the
University has invested in 28 projects. Applications for the next
round of funding will be available toward the end of the 2014 fall
semester, and can be requested by contacting Susan
MacLaren. For questions about the Innovation Fund, visit our FAQ page, or
contact Innovation Fund Executive Director Jason T.
Range at 940-6289, or Grant Specialist Susan
MacLaren at 940-8876.
