Media Request Form

You can submit a media request form for a laptop cart or other media via the media request form. Click the link below to submit a request for specific media.

Computer Accessories and Multimedia Cables

IT loans a variety of video adapters (e.g., VGA, DVI, etc.) for use to students, faculty, and staff. IT can also lend other computer accessories such as USB microphones or computer speakers.

Duplication Services

IT also offers a range of media duplication / transfer options. Turnaround on most duplication projects runs one week, so please plan accordingly. A fee is assessed for all duplication / transfer services provided, including the cost of physical media. If you wish to supply your own blank media, a service charge between $3 and $5 per item copied still applies.

Library Loaners

Irwin Library has a supply of loaner laptops available for the use of students, faculty, and staff. Please contact Irwin Library at (317)940-9227 for more information.

Library Laptop Rental Program

Irwin Library, in conjunction with IT, offers Mac and Windows Laptop rentals for the use of students, faculty, and staff. Laptops can be reserved and rented by the week or the month at a cost of $25/week and $75/month for up to two months at a time. Deliverable Items

IT offers a range of deliverable media equipment. Requests must be made 48 hours in advance, and can be completed using Butler's Event Management Software or by contacting the Help Desk. If you have questions about what equipment will best suit your needs or whether a room already contains mediation, contact the Help Desk.
