phones which includes hardware and software issues.

Email (BUmail)
BUmail is Butler's email, voicemail, and personal calendaring
system. IT provides assistance with BUmail including how to setup
BUmail on email clients (Outlook, AppleMail), inbox quotas, and
connecting to BUmail on most mobile devices such as smartphones and
tablets.
Eligibility: All Butler users.

Listservs
Listservs (also called mailing lists, mass emails, or multiple
recipient emails) are used to send a message to multiple
recipients. IT will assist in ListServ creation and management.
Eligibility: All Butler users.

Voicemail
Faculty and Staff members with a Butler email address have a
personal voicemail box and can reset their own voicemail pin.
IT will reset voicemail pins for users who cannot do this
themselves, such as call centers or voicemail boxes which do not
have a corresponding Butler email account.
