Apple Mail Configuration
- Open Mail. From the Mail tab, select
Preferences from the dropdown menu
- Click the plus button at the bottom of the
screen to add a new account
- Select IMAP for Account Type
- Enter BUmail as the Account Description
- Enter Your Full Name
- Enter Your Butler Email Address and select
Continue
- Set the Incoming Mail Server to bumail.butler.edu.
- Enter your Butler User Name and Password and then click
Continue
- Set the Outgoing Mail Server to bumail.butler.edu
- Enable "Use Authentication"
- Enter your Butler Username and Password
- Click Continue. You will be shown your
account summary. Click Continue and then
Done
You have successfully set up your BUmail account!
