Technology Support and Enhancement Group (TSEG)

The mission of the Technology Support & Enhancement Group (TSEG) is to provide tools, training and knowledge sharing in support of people who provide formal or informal technology support as part of their job. TSEG is also a primary forum for announcements of new technologies that will impact the end user computing environment and discussions of how to better leverage technology at Butler. The group is composed of representatives from across campus and convened by Information Technology. TSEG does not focus on administrative system technologies, i.e. PeopleSoft, Advance, R25, etc.

The committee membership is composed of one or more representatives from each of the administrative areas of the University.
