Butler's Chief Information Officer, Scott Kincaid, leads Information Technology. The CIO is part of the university senior administrative group and reports to the university president.

Two campus committees help set direction, establish priorities and approve major information technology policies for the campus. Details on each committee's charge and members can be found on the links below:

Technology Master Plan

  • The charge for Butler's "Dare to Make a Difference" strategic plan Group 7d was to develop an overall vision and set of technology priorities as part of implementing "Dare to Make a Difference". Visit the Technology Master Plan page to review the entire plan and additional information.
