Help Desk Information
The Help Desk provides a single point of contact for the
technology needs of Butler students, faculty and staff. The Help
Desk provides phone, email and walk-in support for a variety of
technology services. The Help Desk does not support faculty or
staff personal or home computers.

Spring 2012
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday: Noon to 4 p.m.
- Sunday: Noon to 9 p.m.
Special Hours
- Spring Break, March 10 to March 11: CLOSED
- Spring Break, March 12 to March 16: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Spring Break, March 17: CLOSED
- Spring Finals, May 5: 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Spring Finals, May 6: CLOSED
- Spring Finals, May 9 to May 11: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Commencement, May 12 to May 13: CLOSED
Summer 2012 (effective May 14 - August 15)
