become in the next three years in order to meet Butler's mission and direction.

Support Services

Support Services supports incoming needs of customers
and ensure health and dependability of our systems. This team consists of the Help Desk, Tech Team, and Operations/Maintenance. Partnership 

Partnership is a newly formed team that includes relationship managers who provide general consulting to constituents, gather business and functional requirements, and provide portfolio and project management services. This team is led by interm Melissa Beckwith and is the initial point-of-contact for initiatives beyond routine Help Desk matters. The Partnership team looks forward to enhancing their understanding of the challenges you face and collaborating with you on productive solutions. Technology Development

Technology Development works with the Partnership team to design and build processes, software and hardware to meet business and academic requirements. This includes all Butler IT applications, services, infrastructure, and mobile apps. The composition of this team reflects the increasingly cross-platform nature of most new systems. Led by Chad Miller, this team is responsible for a wide range of technologies, but many day-to-day operational & constituent tasks are handled by the other two teams to allow this group to be more "heads down" for large projects. Chief Information Officer

The Center for Academic Technology provides expertise and leadership in the intersections of technology, teaching, and learning in support of the academic mission of Butler University.
