Groundskeeper ~ Show Details

We seek a dependable worker to maintain campus grounds.  Duties include planting and seeding, fertilizing and irrigating, aerating, mowing, pruning and leaf, snow, and trash removal.  Requirements are: high school graduate or equivalent; the ability to lift 50 pounds and carry 10 feet; a valid driver's license with a good driving record; ability to work overtime or on-call as needed; demonstrated stable work history, and evidence of ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Prior grounds experience desired.  This entry level position includes full benefits.

Mechanical Specialist ~ Show Details

We seek an individual to repair, maintain, construct and operate various heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems in addition to various parts of plumbing and electrical systems.  This is a 2nd. shift position Tuesday-Saturday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.  During this shift, this position will serve as the first point of contact for maintenance needs. 

Requirements include a high school graduate or equivalent and successful completion of technical/trade school in related field OR 3 years related work experience.  Must be able to lift 75 lbs, use standard hand tools, be able to work in confined spaces and in various physical positions, and work around dust, molds, and various chemicals.  Must show evidence of good driving record, valid driver's license, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
