The Butler University Human Resources team is dedicated to
serving the employees of the University and job seekers within the
community. Our department seeks to lead, develop and connect people
and resources to enhance the quality of life in support of
instruction, research and service. Human Resources provides
recruitment services, new employee orientation, staff development,
employee relations services and benefit programs with the ultimate
goal of ensuring a cohesive workforce which works toward student
