For best results please observe the following suggestions prior to your Body Composition Analysis:
  • Empty bladder 30 minutes before the analysis
  • Avoid moderate/physical activity for 12 hours
  • Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for 4 hours
  • Don't drink alcohol for 48 hours
