Shana received a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a
Master's degree in community mental health counseling from Ball
State University. She later returned to Ball State University
where she earned her doctoral degree in counseling
psychology. Shana completed her APA-accredited internship at
Butler University/BehaviorCorp (now Aspire Indiana)
Consortium. Prior to her employment at Counseling and
Consultation Services, Shana was a staff psychologist at Ball State
University for two years and she has significant experience working
in the community mental health setting. Shana enjoys
running, reading, and spending time with her family. She
enjoys working with all college students but is especially
interested in grief work, relationship concerns, family-of-origin
problems, depression, and suicide prevention.
