What is it?

  • A program just for Freshman to keep you fit and active in your first semester on campus!

  • Beginning: August 22

  • Ending: December 8

What do you do?

  • Look out for the Fresh Fit Logo and participate in the following activities to stay fit, have fun and rack up points for prizes!

How can you participate?

  • Sign up at Block Party or the HRC Fitness Desk

  • Check out the HRC website to see which events are sponsored by Fresh Fit or the HRC.

How do you keep track?

  • Every participant will receive a "Fresh Fit" card to track points. When one card is filled up, turn it in to the HRC Fitness Desk and receive a new one to keep racking up points!

  • The number of points each participant has at the end of the program will receive the corresponding prize. Win a Fresh Fit T-shirt, free personal training sessions, yoga mats, gift cards, an iPod Nano and MORE!
