Large-flowered bellwort (Uvularia grandiflora)

Member of the Lily (Liliaceae) family.  Grows in rich woods to 6 - 20 inches, April - June.  Large, yellow flower which is smooth inside.  Leaves perfoliate, broadly oval to oblong, usually minutely hairy beneath.
