were observed and recorded by Kay Yatskievych, 
noted Indiana botanist and author of Field Guide
to Indiana Wildflowers, published by
Indiana University Press, 2000.


 
This site contains a Checklist of native and non-native 
wildflowers (exludes grasses, sedges, and rushes) 
that might be found in Marion County, Indiana during 
the months of March - June.  The checklist may 
be reproduced provided that it is for free distribution 
to the public. Click on the "Checklist" to obtain a 
downloadable copy that may be used when out 
viewing wildflowers.


 
This site also contains Photos representative of the 
species found on the checklist. Photos may not be 
used without written permission from the photographer!
