How it works:
It is with great pleasure that we announce this free opportunity to help you manage your overall health and medication therapy. Carrie Maffeo, Pharm.D. and colleagues will conduct a preventive health screening focusing on your medications and health needs. NO NEEDLES will be used, only a simple finger prick is needed to conduct our exam. By participating you will consult with a pharmacist at two separate personalized sessions.
What you need to do:
Call Amy Kutansky at 317-940-8143 or e-mail Healthyhorizons@butler.edu to see if you qualify and to set up an appointment.
