Butler University Wellness Stipend
The University is offering all part-time and fulltime employees
a $200 stipend for purchasing a 12- month HRC membership and
completing the Healthy Horizons Health Risk Assessment (HRA) and
Health Screening. Both services are preformed by the Clinical
faculty of the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and are
completely confidential. The HRA involves answering a 10-minute
questionnaire about your health practices. The 30-minute Heath
Screening tests for cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure, weight
and body composition.
