Screen-Free Week

Screen-Free Week is officially May 5th-May 11th, however, all of the following activities can be completed any time during the year.

What is Screen-Free Week?
Screen-Free Week is a chance for schools, families, and community groups to pledge to spend a week without being entertained by a "screen"--TV, computers, video games, etc.  Take this time to explore other avenues of entertainment--reading, playing, thinking, or being physically active.

Why Celebrate Screen-Free Week?
Screen-Free Week is a fun way to rediscover other forms of entertainment besides the "screen," and spend more time with family and friends!

You can learn more about Screen-Free Week on the website:  www.screenfree.org
