The week before finals can be stressful, but Butler's got your back. Mark your calendars for these FREE* opportunities to decompress and find balance during this busy time. Find some additional ways to get plugged in below.

Slow down your mind and stretch out your body with an hour of Hatha yoga. Mats are provided and comfortable clothing is recommended.

Dining Services will #DimTheLights in the dining halls all day to create a calm, comforting environment for people to sit and eat. Soothing music will help take you to a perfect state of relaxation.

After two years of training, ICAN puppies become service dogs. Help with their journey! Donate an item on their wishlist or make a monetary donation online. Bring all donations to the HRC this week! More Information.
