International Student Exchange Program

International Student Exchange Program logo

Butler University is an active participant in ISEP and is pleased to welcome students from ISEP-affiliated universities around the globe. We provide rich academic programs and a supportive environment for international students. The city of Indianapolis provides a wide range of cultural and recreational opportunities and the opportunity to get to know Americans in the heartland of the country.

Basic Terms of the Agreement

ISEP participants pay tuition, mandatory fees, and the cost of room and board at their home institution, and then receive instruction, on-campus housing (in a dormitory room shared with another student), and a full meal plan at Butler University. You will also be responsible for your international and domestic travel, books and personal expenses.

Who to Contact at Your Home University

Each participating university has a designated ISEP representative. You can find out who the ISEP representative is on your campus by visiting your International Office or by linking to the ISEP Web site (www.isep.org). You must apply for the exchange through the ISEP representative on your home campus.
