AUT's Faculty of Business and Butler's College of Business Administration (CBA) have established a solid relationship involving both student exchanges and teaching staff exchanges. The two programs take a very similar approach to the education of business professionals, and it is quite easy for students to trade places for a semester or two and continue to make regular progress toward completing their degree requirements at home. Butler has strong programs in international management, finance, accounting, marketing, economics and information systems. Our teaching staff genuinely value the opportunity to have international students in their courses.

Basic Terms of the Exchange Agreement

Exchange students pay tuition (or incur the normal HECS obligation) and mandatory fees at their home institution and then simply trade places in order to receive a semester (or two) of instruction at the partner university overseas. Accommodation and meals are paid for directly to the host university. as long as application deadlines are met, Butler will insure that incoming exchange students from Flinders University have a space in an on-campus residence hall.
