Important Dates

January 1: The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) can be submitted to the federal processor (Butler school code: 001788).

February 1: The complete application for Transfer Admission is due to the Office of Admission to be considered for scholarship.

February 20: Recommended date to submit the Renewal FAFSA to the federal processor.

March 1: To receive priority consideration of gift assistance, submit the Renewal FAFSA today!

March 15: Notification of financial aid for admitted transfer students begins.

July 15: The Office of Student Accounts will begin mailing the fall semester bills.

Welcome Week: New student borrowers are required to attend one of the loan information sessions conducted this week.
