January 1: The Renewal Free
Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) becomes
available online. (Butler school code: 001788)
January 10: Instructions for completing the FAFSA are
emailed.
March 1: Submit the FAFSA on or before this
date to receive priority consideration of all gift aid,
May 1: Financial aid file must be complete.
May 15: Must be registered full time for the
fall semester.
Satisfactory academic progress
review begins.
Mid-June: Notification of financial aid begins
for returning students.
Mid-July: The Office of Student Accounts will
publish the E-Bill (electronic billing statement) for the fall
semester.
