November 15: The complete Application for Freshman Admission and Scholarship is due to the Office of Admission to receive maximum scholarship consideration including departmental scholarships.
December 15: Instructions for completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) are mailed to those who have applied for admission.
January 1: The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) may be submitted to the federal processor. (Butler school code: 001788)
January 15: Last day to submit a complete Application for Freshman Admission & Scholarship to be considered for the Freshman Academic Scholarship program.
February 20: Recommended date to submit the FAFSA to the federal processor.
March 1: To receive priority consideration of gift assistance, submit the FAFSA today!
March 15: Notification of financial aid for admitted prospective freshmen begins.
May 1: National Candidate Reply Date (enrollment deposit due to the Office of Admission).
July 15: The Office of Student Accounts will begin mailing the fall semester bills.
Welcome Week: New student borrowers are required to attend one of the loan information sessions conducted during this week.
