There are many outside entities imposing regulations to ensure that the students are treated in a fair and equitable manner. Butler University and the Office of Financial Aid have an obligation to comply with on-going changes in the federal regulations. Any application materials or documents for scholarships or financial aid submitted by the student and his or her family become the property of the university and a permanent record of the Office of Financial Aid. The Office of Financial Aid is responsible for compliance with university, federal and state regulations and guidelines.
