Invigorate and inspire yourself and others with the
following activities at the CFV.
There are many ways to participate at the CFV, ways that you can
promote and support your spiritual, emotional and physical health
and have fun doing it. All programs are offered to the Butler
University Community and are free of
charge.
Meditation
When: Fridays from 2-3 p.m.
Taught as a secular practice, meditation is a way to calm and
focus the mind. Practitioners meet in the contemplation room on the
second floor. Instruction is always provided. Drop in any time.
Refreshments to follow.
Yoga for Students
Good morning yoga. Relax and rejuvenate with a hatha yoga
class taught by dancer, pilates and yoga instructor Jackie, a
Butler Alum.
When: Tuesdays, 8:00 -8:45 am. with a light breakfast to take on
the go. RSVP to:
Movie Night

See first rate movies; and, the popcorn is included!

Study Night
Enjoy a comfortable setting with cozy furniture, tons of table
space and a quiet environment. And snacks too.
When: Tuesdays and Wednesdays open from 7:00 to 11:00 pm.
