Invigorate and Inspire Yourself with Healthful Activities at the CFV

There are many ways to participate at the CFV, ways that you can promote and support your spiritual, emotional and physical health and have fun doing it. All programs are offered to the Butler University Community and are free of charge.

Meditation

When: Fridays from 2-3 p.m.

Spring session begins January 21, 2011. Taught as a secular practice, meditation is a way to calm and focus the mind. Practitioners meet in the contemplation room on the second floor. Instruction is always provided. Drop in any time.

Movie Night

Topic in process. TBA

Combine entertainment with thought-provoking thematic elements. See first rate movies and, the popcorn is included!

Big Questions

When: Afternoons from 12-1:00  p.m. (lunch provided)

Friday October 28, 2011, "Butler Seniors: What's Next?" Come and share you concerns, excitement and wonderings about graduating from Butler this academic year.
