Constitution and Bylaws
The purpose of the Faculty Senate constitution is to create a
Senate whose objective is to represent the faculty members of
Butler University in all areas where they have authority or
interest. For the purposes of this constitution and the attending
by-laws, the term faculty member refers to all full-time teaching
faculty of the University, both tenure and non-tenure tracks.
