Jennifer has 25 years' experience in sales and marketing, strategy management and organizational leadership where she held senior executive leadership positions. Jennifer is passionate about developing talent, enhancing team performance, achieving results and growing companies.

As the past, Vice President of Sales & Marketing & Officer of Spectranetics Corporation and a former executive with Guidant Corporation she has extensive experience at the executive level. Jennifer is responsible for growing businesses, turning around companies; enhancing team performance and helping companies achieve profitability.  She has extensive experience in business development, organizational change management, talent management, succession planning, strategic planning, sales process management and leadership development. 

Jennifer earned her B.S. in Exercise Physiology & Sports Medicine from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. She currently serves on several non-profit boards and is a member of; NAWBO, Healthcare Women Business Association (HBA), and Women Leaders in the U.S. Healthcare Industry Foundation. She has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who, winning the 2010 Professional of the Year Award for Executive Leadership & Coaching.  Jennifer speaks to groups on topics related to Women's Leadership, Career Advancement "Women Matter to the Bottom Line", and the importance of corporate inclusion and diversity initiatives.  She is the host of the Annual IWL Women's Leadership Conference, highlighting outstanding women leaders from the State of Indiana. She has developed extensive leadership courses for mid-to-senior level managers and executive leadership teams. She has been a trusted mentor, facilitator and coach. She facilitates learning and development through a researched base best practice model to immediately enhance performance through behavioral change.

At Butler University, Jennifer serves as Faculty Partner for the Corporate and Executive Education Program.  She leads the Consortium Partnership for Advancing Women in Leadership (AWL), she facilitates, designs leadership development programs and learning solutions for women. She is also a business development, sales process and strategy management and organizational leadership consultant and provides executive coaching for BCEE.
