Doug is a Butler & Executive Education Faculty Partner. He is also an Adjunct Professor with Kelley Direct at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis.  

Doug has developed and delivered executive education sessions and programs for several clients including Land O'Lakes, Manitowoc, Whirlpool Corporation, LaSalle Bank, BFS Diversified, John Deere, Cummins Engine, Ingersoll-Rand, Rolls-Royce. Ashland Inc and USAGroup.  

In his day-job, Doug is co-founder of Turning Point Associates, an Indianapolis-based consulting firm. Doug has over 25 years of consulting experience with a wide range of organizations such as AT&T, Rolls Royce, BAA plc, Remy International, Merck KGaA, Elanco Animal Health, DowElanco, KFC Corporation, The Nature Conservancy, Wyeth Ayerst Research, Kimball International, National Government Services (a subsidiary of WellPoint), Astra Pharmaceuticals, Eli Lilly and Company, Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, Resort Condominiums International, Westvaco, and Ivy Tech Community College.   

Doug was a full-time faculty member at Indiana University's School of Business where he won several teaching excellence awards in both the undergraduate and MBA programs, He received his B.A. from the University of Waterloo and his M.A. and Ph.D. from York University.
