Bill is the Director of Graduate Programs for Butler's College
of Business. In that role he is responsible for the schools MBA and
MPAcc Programs. In addition, Bill is a lecturer in the MBA
Leadership concentration. Beyond his MBA administrative and
teaching roles at Butler, Bill works with corporations in the areas
of employee and executive selection systems, leadership assessment
and development, employee engagement, and executive team
building.
Prior to joining Butler in 2006, Bill spent over 30 years in
various Human Resource leadership roles, including 25 years as a
Worldwide Partner with Mercer Consulting where his duties included
heading the Global Human Capital practice. He also spent 4 years as
ATA Airlines Senior Vice president of Human Resources, joining ATA
immediately before September 11th.
Bill has his undergraduate degree in Economics from Purdue
University and his Master of Arts in Organizational Development and
Leadership from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul
Minnesota.
