Anne is a dynamic and creative consultant, trainer and coach
specializing in organization and team effectiveness, change
management, leadership development and instructional design and
delivery. She has over 15 years' experience designing and
implementing programs focused on leadership principles, emotional
and social competence, cross-cultural adaptability and team
effectiveness. She has worked as both an internal and external
consultant for profit and non-profit organizations. Her prior
experience includes managing a cross cultural team of 20 internal
consultants to deliver organization and team development services
at Ford Motor Company. She is accredited to administrator the
Emotional Competence Inventory and the Myers' Briggs Type
Indicator.
At Butler Anne serves as a leadership coach for part-time
MBA students, providing constructive feedback to students regarding
leadership issues and behaviors as well as providing ongoing
coaching support. She previously taught undergraduate- and
graduate-level classes at Ashland University.
Anne received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
and her Master's degree in Organization Development from Bowling
Green State University. Possessing considerable insight into adult
learning, human behavior and system dynamics, Anne has particular
expertise in facilitating collaborative, practical, robust
solutions to increase individual, team and organization
effectiveness.
