Butler University's Celebration of Diversity Distinguished Lecture Series was established in 1987 to provide Butler and the greater Indianapolis community with opportunities to hear from world-renowned scholars, dignitaries and personalities. Since its inception, the Lecture Series has become one of the largest multicultural collegiate observances in the Midwest. Nearly all events are free and open to the public. The University is extremely proud to provide a series that has the power to open the minds of many, and inspire an inclusive climate in our community. We invite you to learn more about our series and join us on campus for one of our future events.
