Creativity -- creativity of the concept/application
Technical Merit -- quality of the software design and implementation
Functionality -- how well does it work, how easy to use, robustness, etc.

Presentation -- quality of the presentation
Functionality -- quality of the demonstration
* Judging will be April 24 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Judges will be from Indiana technology companies and Indiana schools/colleges.
Project set up will be from 3pm to 5:30pm, April 24.
