University students typically encounter a great deal of stress -
academic, social, family, work, financial - during the course of
their educational experience. While most students cope successfully
with the demands of college life, for some, the pressures can
become overwhelming and unmanageable. Counseling and Consultation
Services provides a variety of services for the Butler
community.
We value an atmosphere that is welcoming and comfortable for all
students, regardless of race, gender identity and expression,
ethnic background, age, sexual/affectional orientation,
religion/spiritual beliefs, size/body shape or physical and mental
ability. We respect and promote the dignity and wroth of all
individuals and embrace human diversity within a warm, accepting
and confidential environment.
