Weddings

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. We are pleased you are considering Butler University for your event. We have indoor and outdoor locations available to accommodate up to 500 guests. Below are space specifications and pricing for you to review. You will also find a list of approved caterers.

Summer weddings (May 15 to Aug 15) may be booked one year in advance. Events to be held while classes are in session can be scheduled after May 3 for the current or following academic year (Aug-May).

We will be happy to help you with your initial inquiries and site visit. If you decide to hold your wedding at Butler you will be given an on-site coordinator to finalize the details for your event.

50% discount on ceremony location, when renting reception location.
20% Discount on published room rental rates for Butler alumni, faculty, staff, and students.
Prices are subject to change without notification. Prices do not include 7% sales tax which will be added to the rental contract.
