Insurance Requirements
Butler University requires all conferences and camps who host
events or programs on campus to carry appropriate insurance. The
purpose of this is to indemnify Butler University for any loss
resulting from bodily injury or property damage which may arise
from the operations, employees, or agents of the conference or camp
group. The group must provide a copy of this insurance certificate,
adding Butler University as an additional insured to the insurance
policy, to the Conferences and Special Events Office at Butler
University 30 days prior to the start of the event or program. This
policy must remain in effect for the entire length of the event or
program.
