Epsilon (UPE) . Upsilon Pi Epsilon is the international honor
society for computer science.
Membership Criteria
From the UPE Handbook, UPE members must meet the following
eligibility requirements:
- Minimum 3.0 GPA in all college-level work.
- At least 45 credit hours of college-level courses.
- At least 15 credit hours of computer science courses.
- Transfer students not already members of UPE must be at Butler
at least one year before eligible for membership.
Eligibility is not limited by race, color, creed, age, or
gender.
Existing members of UPE vote on whom to invite for membership
from among eligible members. Historically, all eligible members are
invited to join.
