Academic Regalia

Renting:
The deadline for renting faculty regalia (pdf) is Tuesday, Nov. 1. After this date Jostens cannot guarantee delivery. Please print off the rental form linked above, fill it out and take it to the Butler Bookstore. Faculty who rented regalia for the inauguration may keep it until after winter commencement and use it for the ceremonies.

Purchasing:
For those interested in purchasing custom regalia (pdf), Jostens will host an event in the Butler Bookstore on Nov. 9, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. and Nov. 10 from 4-7 p.m.

RSVP

Faculty are asked to RSVP to attend the ceremony by visiting www.butler.edu/commencement-faculty-registration. Tickets are not required for Winter Commencement.  Seating on stage is limited. Priority will be based on the order in which we receive faculty notice of intent to participate. Additional seating for faculty is reserved on the main floor of the theater. 

Commencement Day Instructions

Faculty are asked to assemble in the first Terrace on the east side of Clowes Memorial Hall no later than 1:15 p.m. The Faculty Marshals will direct the lineup for the processional.
