Tickets & Seating
Commencement tickets may be ordered online using
the link posted below. Each student may receive up to a
maximum of nine tickets to Commencement on Saturday, May 11,
2013.

Students are directed to complete the form before February 8,
2013. Ticket orders received by February 8, 2013, may be picked up
by the graduate with a Butler ID at the Grad Finale program on
Tuesday, March 26, 2013, in the Reilly Room of Atherton Union from
3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Pre-ordered tickets that are not picked up during the Grad
Finale will be available during regular business hours in the
Office of Student Affairs, Atherton Union 200. The graduate must
show their Butler ID to pick up tickets. We will not mail
tickets.
If for some reason, you cannot pick up tickets personally, you
may complete the proxy section on the ticket order form and have a
designated friend pick up the tickets for you. College of Pharmacy
and Health Sciences and the College of Education students who are
off campus for the spring semester may designate a proxy from their
college to pick up tickets. The proxy for the College of Education
is Darlene Waddell (940-9517), the proxy for the College of
Pharmacy and Health Sciences Pharmacy students is Kate Taube-Osborn
(940-9297) and the proxy for the College of Pharmacy and Health
Sciences Physician Assistant students is Mary Kay Liverett
(940-6529).
No one will be admitted to the Fieldhouse without
tickets.
Security
You must have a ticket to enter Hinkle Fieldhouse. Security
personnel reserve the right to inspect your belongings. It may be
necessary to take further precautions. Please do not bring large
purses or book bags.
